Product Introduction
The tripod telescopic mast consists of multiple retractable tube sections that can be extended upward to the required height and retracted when not in use for easy transportation and storage. The mast is widely used in a variety of scenarios where equipment needs to be raised to a certain height, such as setting up antennas, installing lighting equipment, supporting measuring instruments, taking high-angle photos and videos, and fixing meteorological sensors.
Product Components
Telescopic Rod Body
The telescopic rod body is the core component of the tripod telescopic mast. It consists of multiple retractable cylindrical aluminum alloy tube sections, and a locking mechanism is provided inside the tube section, which can be firmly locked at different heights.
Tripod Base
The main function of the tripod base is to provide stable support to ensure that the mast will not fall when it is raised or subjected to external forces such as wind. It consists of three legs, each of which can be adjusted in angle and length to adapt to uneven ground.
Manual Winch
The manual winch is the core mechanism for controlling the lifting and lowering of the mast. It consists of a hand crank, a gear box and a steel cable. The operator turns the crank, and the torque is transmitted through the gearbox to drive the drum to rotate, and the steel cable is retracted and released to achieve the lifting and lowering of the mast.
Top Mounting Platform
The top mounting platform is located at the top of the mast, and has standard threaded holes such as M6/M8 on the surface, which can be used to fix cameras, antennas, sensors and other equipment.
Anchoring System
The anchoring system is used to improve the stability of the mast. It includes multiple high-strength steel cables and ground anchors. One end of the steel cable is connected to different heights of the mast, and the other end is fixed to the ground through a ground anchor. The ground anchor can be a screw pile, a heavy-duty nail pile or a special fixing block.
